As the system of market economy continuously improving and developing and the tradtional system disintegrating, staff mobility become more and more convenient. Mobility is a natural phenomenon in market economy which enterprises could not avoid. The high turnover rate not only causes great concern in the enterprises, but also attracts many Chinese and foreign economists and scholars to study it. By reviewing researches, the study finds the majority of scholars focus their attention on the capital, raw materials and productivity in the study of business. Therefore, they draw the conclusion that although mobility has positive effects on organizational performance, its negative effects on performance are much important. However, under the new technology revolution, knowledge plays an increasingly promonent role in the development of economy and society. Thus, the organizational performances are increasingly dependent on the accumulation of knowledge and creativity. So nowadays, outstanding enterprises have developed strategies to enhance the ability of creativity. On the basis of such a background, creativity has become the new core competence. Now when we reexamine the relationship of staff mobility and organizational performance, it is found that though mobility has some negative effects on performance, we should also recognize its positive effects. All in all, on the basis of previous studies of management and psychology, the study chose network heterogeneity, strength of ties and knowledge sharing behavior as mediator to study the influence of staff mobility on team creativity.Through the statistic analysis of respondents, the construct and hypotheses of this study had been testified, and the following are the conclusions:1. At the team level, the study reveals mechanism how staff mobility effects on team creativity.2. At the team level, staff mobility has great influence on strength of ties. Compared to the effects of personel changes within organization, the effects of recruitment and voluntary turnover are much more obvious.3. At the team level, staff mobility has great influence on network heterogeneity. Compared to the effects of personel changes within organization, the effects of recruitment and voluntary turnover are much higher.4. At the team level, knowledge sharing behavior influences team creativity greatly.5. At the team level, network heterogeneity effects team creativity through the semi-mediation of knowledge sharing behavior. Strength of ties effects team creativity through the full mediation of knowledge sharing behavior.
