Team creativity is a vital topic in both scientific and practical fields.We focus on the relationship of perceived supervisory support(PSS),knowledge shring and team creativity in this paper.Using PSS mean and standard deviation,we also divide PSS into four categories and compare their different effects on knowledge shring and team creativity.We testified that PSS has positive effects on team creativity, and knowledge sharing plays as an mediator factor in their relationship,using a sample of301teams from65companies. We also testified that high mean-low standard deviation PSS group has significant effects on knowledge shring and team creativity than low mean-low standard deviation and low mean-high standard deviation PSS groups. Team leaders can improve team creativity by improving support and enhancing knowledge sharing in practice. Also, team leaders should support employees fairly. |
