From the actual sense, it has direct influence on China's current enterprise annuity building issues, and it will help us resolve some difficulties which we have encountered. From the historical sense, it will eventually affect China's old-age insurance system reform, as well as the institutional function of aging society.This paper is under the enterprise annuity system theory and the framework of trust system, using the comparative method, analyses different enterprise annuity models have different features.
