The Analysis Of J Corporate's Employee Satisfaction Survey

In the development process of the current catering industry, many companies'human resource management is not optimistic, and staff turnover is very serious. According to the survey data, China's catering industry staff turnover rate is about30%. Excessive staff turnover, not only will increase the cost of doing business, and will decrease the quality of service, seriously will affect the competitiveness of enterprises. How to retain adequate, appropriate, high-quality human resources has become the most important issue. This paper attempts to investigation and analysis J's employee satisfaction, to make its satisfaction and management's improvement, and to let its limited resources to efficient use.In this article, firstly, on the basis of explore the theory, brief description of the study's purpose, significance, methods, and ideas, etc.; Secondly, through the use of secondary research methods, in-depth understanding of J's employee Satisfaction's status quo, for the actual situation of the enterprise, designed the questionnaire, and conducted a survey of the company's existing staff; Again, use the SPSS17.0to check the reliability and validity testing on the questionnaire's data, and to collecting, sorting, analysis the survey data, and to focused analysis of the satisfaction's current situation and existing problems of the J's; Then, based on the analysis of survey data, from three points of view to put forward some suggestions for improvement, in order to enhance the satisfaction of the enterprise, improve operations management; Finally, summed up the topics' concrete implementation and its research value in practical work, pointed out the lack of research,and proposed the outlook for the future research.
