State grid is an extremely large state-owned key backbone enterprise that is closely related to the lifeblood of the national economy and national energy security.In 2019,state grid proposed strategic targets for the next 10 years to build a strong smart grid and ubiquitous power Internet of things.As an enterprise with business connection with state grid,JH company must carry out product innovation and technological breakthrough in order to maintain its competitiveness in the market and achieve leapfrog development.In the growth and transition of JH company,human resources are particularly critical.The company's current human resource management model is relatively traditional and simple,is an independent personnel management.It fails to combine with the company's strategy,lacks scientific and reasonable human resource planning and design,and cannot meet the company's development needs.Therefore,it is necessary to design a scientific,reasonable and effective human resource planning scheme based on the company's own development to promote the company's strategic development.This paper analyzes the current organizational and human resource structure of the company,obtains the existing problems of human resource management,and analyzes the causes of the existing problems through questionnaires.The human resource demand and supply of JH company were predicted by using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and the human resource planning and design scheme was put forward according to the result of supply and demand prediction and the existing problems of human resource management.There are three aspects: first,recruitment allocation and planning,clear recruitment channels,and continue to give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation;Second,training programs to improve the skills and abilities of employees;Third,expand the talent reserve plan,focusing on management and research and development personnel.At the same time,it has also formulated measures such as refining excellent company culture,establishing sound and perfect human resource information system,and improving human resource incentive and assessment system,so as to ensure the effective implementation of human resource planning scheme.
