Performance technology is a specialty committed to improve the organizational and individual performance, which has a solid theoretical foundation and universal acknowledged basic principles and methods. Performance technology is not only a comprehensive theory framework, but also a practice with a specific purpose.Integrating with performance technology principles and models, through an in-depth and overall analysis of a realistic private enterprise, the paper identifies the performance gap of the private enterprise and analyzes the causes leading to its performance gap, and then develops corresponding, reasonable, and feasible performance interventions. The research aims to provide problem-solving interventions which can help the enterprise break through the constraint, and finally actualize its sustainable developmentThis thesis consists of five chapters. Chapter one is the introduction, including the background, methodology, significance and innovative points of the research. In Chapter two, both rationale and literature review are elaborated. It discusses some basic principles and approaches of performance technology, performance analysis models, the definition and connotation of corporate culture, and the systematic structure and function of corporate culture. Furthermore, the introduction of system theory is added in the chapter.Chapter three and Chapter four constitute the main part of the thesis. Chapter three is centering on the analysis about the actual state of enterprise performance. Based on the BSA model, an overall analysis on the enterprise's organizational level is conducted from the following four angels as: corporate strategy, organizational structure, human resource, and corporate culture.On the basis of the performance analysis of the selected private enterprise, Chapter four, the practical part of the thesis, presents accordingly the intervention of giving cultural improvement priority, and puts forward the whole scheme, and the guiding principle of implementation.The concluding Chapter summarizes the findings, reasserts and reemphasizes the importance and imminence of cultural improvement as well as innovative mind to the performance improvement...
