Since 2008 financial crisis, China's auto parts processing industry continually speeds up industrial structure integration. As a typical small and medium-sized enterprise of auto parts processing industry, Fuxin Del Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is facing deep changes in external environment and strategic transformation of enterprise development. At this time, the original enterprise internal culture does not match with the current situation and transformation process. There are problems in the aspects of cohesion, staff development, quality control, information transfer, etc. These problems bring huge hidden danger for enterprise survival. In order to move on in the furious market competition and industrial integration process, the current internal culture of Fuxin Del needs to be correspondently adjusted and improved. For the above-mentioned reason, with the methods of literature research, quantitative and qualitative study, interviewing, questionnaire, etc., the thesis takes Fuxin Del as the study object to research and analyze Fuxin Del enterprise culture which is in the period of strategic transformation, diagnosing the problems existing in Fuxin Del enterprise culture, revealing the reasons of the problems and pointing out improving plans.Specifically, the thesis focuses on the research of the following 4 aspects:first, the thesis teases relevant works of related enterprises culture at home and abroad and elaborates the theoretical basis, and research content and thought for the author to research; second, with the methods of questionnaire, field interview, etc., the thesis analyzes the acceptance of enterprise staff to current enterprise existing culture, and then discusses the deficiency of enterprise existing culture and its internal reasons; third, based on the symbiosis theory of righteousness and profit, taking the strategic cooperation as the target, surrounding enterprise culture, the thesis points out adjusting and improving plans; finally, the thesis points out means and methods that make adjusting and improving plans smoothly and efficiently promoted.
