With more and more focuses from the society and the media,consumers pay more attention to pork safety,further concern poultry farming,animal feed and animal drug,and even further concern the growth environment of livestock and poultry and animal welfare.It will make the enterprises engaged in the industries of animal feed,animal health,animal breeding and meat observe ethics,and actively improve the management and technical level in order to reduce the risk of product quality and safety.At the same time,the increasingly fierce market competition also requires enterprises to strengthen the construction of corporate culture.However,corporate culture constructions in these industries in China are generally weak or absent.Thus corporate cultural constructions and improvements in these industries in China are of great urgency.Taking Changsha lvye bio-technology Co.Ltd involved in industries of animal feed,animal health,animal breeding and pork as a case study,the study carried out research on corporate culture improvement,in order to strengthen corporate culture management of this company and provide reference for other enterprises in the same industries.Firstly,literatures at home and abroad related with corporate culture were combing and analyzed in this study,in order to define the keywords related with corporate culture.Secondly,the methods of questionnaire survey and literature research combined were used to examine corporate culture on employees,suppliers and customers,in order to understand the present situations,problems and reasons of corporate culture.Under the guidance of inheritance and innovation,this study proposed a new corporate culture improvement plan which would benefit sustainable development of Changsha lvye bio-technology Co.Ltd from value level,rule level and image level.The details are as follows:1)value level: Making improvements mainly from orienting corporate culture construction,culturing modern corporate value,establishing modern corporate spirit,culturing corporate ethics and establishing sound corporate culture spirit recognition system;2)Rule level: Making improvements mainly from perfecting training mechanism,perfecting staff incentive mechanism,perfecting information communication mechanism,improving rule enforcement and establishing sound corporate culture rule recognition system;3)Image level: Making improvements mainly from optimizing corporate internal environment and appearance,optimizing corporate product and service,constructing corporate internal cultural environment,building corporate social image,constructing corporate culture transmission system and establishing sound corporate culture visual recognition system.Finally,the study proposed safeguard measures from personnel organization,operation management and financial management to provide support in corporate culture improvements.
