On The Thought Of Jiang Zemin's Anti - Poverty

The problem of poverty, which is one of the tough challenges, is concerned by our community too. Jiang Zemin at the core of the third generation of collective leadership always attaches great importance to the problem of poverty. During 1989-2002 years, Comrade Jiang Zemin has attended four of the central or national poverty alleviation and development work meetings and delivered important speech, then made lots of important instructions to the poverty relief work. He went to poverty-stricken areas and old revolutionary base areas and ethnic minority areas to learn the lives of people, to give some advice to the work. He made world-acclaimed achievements in the anti-poverty. Then it is the anti-poverty thinking of Jiang Zemin that is formed and the thinking is suitable for China's national conditions of poverty thinking. The anti-poverty thinking of Jiang Zemin is "Three Representatives" important component. It has rich content and has far-reaching impact on the current building of a harmonious society, and building a well-off society.Based on academic research about the concept of poverty, I deeply analyzed the causes of Jiang Zemin's thinking of the anti-poverty, further analysed the origin of theory and evolution of Jiang Zemin's thinking of the anti-poverty, summarized the contents of Jiang Zemin's thinking of the anti-poverty, and analysed the characteristics of Jiang Zemin's thinking of the anti-poverty, and then deeply analysed the theoretical value and practical value.The full text is divided into five parts:Part 1: Starting with that what is the poverty, I summarized the concept of poverty, segregation and the poverty line in view of the academic community.Part II: Anti-Poverty thinking of Jiang Zemin is built on a profound analysis of the reasons for the formation. I made some subjective and objective analysis on the reasons in this part.Part III: Jiang Zemin's anti-poverty thinking has its the theorical origin-Anti-poverty theory of Marxism, Mao Zedong's thinking of anti-poverty, anti-poverty thinking of Deng Xiaoping. On the basis of the inherited from predecessors, the thinking of Jiang Zemin's anti-poverty formed, and its evolution process is divided into three phases.Part IV: Jiang Zemin's thinking of the anti-poverty has rich content.Based on the path, on the main, on the mechanism and on the destination, I made some summaries.
