Farmers Homestead Willingness To Use Right Transfer And Influencing Factors Of Empirical Analysis

Rural Homestead (RS) is the important component in the rural collective land, and it's crucial to hundreds of millions of farmers in China. In the recent years, with the development of industrialization and urbanization, the study on Right of the Use of Rural Homestead (RURS) has become more and more universal and popular.At present, legal Criterion of RURS mostly lay particular stress on administration criterion. The Circulation of RURS(CRURS) is still in the pilot phase. Thus, it is needful to do particular study on RURS, especially demonstration study.This dissertation makes an in-depth study on RURS after an on-the-spot investigation. We choose Huzhou for investigation, talk about the CRURS system's performance. Then on the basis of theoretical analysis, we puts forward the research hypotheses, explores the main factors internal that have impact on farmers' attention on CRURS using the Logistic model analysis. We try to find out the main facts that have impact on farmers' attention on CRURS, and provide the academic stanchion and policy advice for CRURS to safeguard the rights and interests of farmers.This dissertation concludes five parts mainly as follows:(1) The first part including chapter1 and chapter2 is the literature review. The themes and relative concept of the research in this part has been clearly defined. The author also reviewed some related basic theories about CRURS.(2) The second part reviewed the history of statute of CRURS in China, and discussed the measures in some area which have started the pilot phase on CRURS. The success of experiment unit not only proves that CRURS can transfer, but also gives some experiences to other areas' conversion of CRURS.(3) The third part including chapter4 and chapter5 is the focus of this research. By collecting research material on the spot, the author did some demonstration research mainly on CRURS in Huzhou city. We talk about the CRURS system's performance and explore the main factors internal that have impact on farmers' attention on CRURS using the Logistic model analysis. Then we get a conclusion.(4) The fourth part includes the research results and policy advice. Based on the foregoing research, the author put forward policy advice on how to consummate the Criterion of Right of the Use of Rural Homestead.
