Hydropower Project Procurement Management

As the important means of enterprise management, Project Management has been broadly applied in every walk of life. Project Procurement Management is an immportant component of Project Management. The understanding to the importantce of Project Procurement Management should be enhanced,since it has important significance to implement the project smoothly and achieve the project objective. Under the guidance of the theory,this paper analysis the main characteristics of Project Procurement Management in the Hydropower Station,and combining the cases of SINAN river Hydropower Station apparatus Procurement Management carry on the study and analysis of Project Procurement Management.At the end, this paper provides the summary of the essentials and difficulties of Project Procurement Management in the Hydropower Station.
