| In recent years, technological innovation provides a solid support and makes Yunnan Copper Group leap to 115th in top 500 Chinese Enterprises, No. 2 in Chinese copper industries and No. 1 in Yunnan-affiliated enterprises. Facing the new situation, Yunnan Copper Group proposes a Long-term goal, which is "scientific developments, construct a first-class enterprise, become stronger and more excellent, and build a Hundred Years Yunnan Copper". Construction of Yunnan Copper's technical innovation organizational structure and operating mechanism is an important subject of Yunnan Copper Group.Based on this issue as the basic starting point, the article analyzes and summarizes the study at home and abroad on technological innovation mechanism for enterprises which concludes operating mechanism and organizational structure, and analyzes the operating mechanism which concludes the dynamic mechanism and R&D mechanism, safeguard mechanism, and perfect mechanism. Then it analyzes the impact on technological innovation of the linear functions of the system, the division system and the matrix system. And it describes some organizational structures which are suit for technological innovation, such as internal enterprise, subject group, dynamic alliance, new Business development department, technology center and etc. On the basis of the above analysis, research and build a new model of technological innovation mechanism on enterprises.Through the analysis of the status quo of technological innovation mechanism of Yunnan Copper Group, and the application of the enterprise technology innovation mechanism model, the article proposes and analyzes the program which is the improved operational mechanism and the new organizational structure of Yunnan Copper Group.Research on the article has an important practical significance of the enterprise technology innovation mechanism, improves the technological innovation mechanism of Yunnan Copper Group, and promotes technological innovation in Yunnan Copper Group. |
