Based On Dea Method Of Technological Innovation Performance Evaluation System

In today's market economy, whether enterprises in the short term establish the independent impact of technological innovation has become the key factor in company's future sustainable development. Enterprise having good ability in technological innovation indeed is the establishment of a genuine and unique technical advantage. Only with this core technology advantages, companies can be in an invincible position in the peer areas. Today's competition are not only from excellent domestic large enterprises but also globe, and with global competition beginning, in the context of economic globalization, enterprises must recognize their own technological advantages, knowledge and continuous technical innovation, actively respond to global competition in order to allow enterprises to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.Performance Evaluation of Enterprise Technology Innovation is a method to raise management level of Enterprise Technology Innovation conduct, and is also a new evaluation method for good and bad of technology innovation. This method can show the effectiveness and efficiency of enterprise innovation so as to provide corresponding measures for enterprises improvement and promote the level of technological innovation of enterprises. This approach has been studied in foreign countries, but it is still relatively not common in the domestic stage, so combined with introduction of this approach and practice can provide enterprises with a good evaluation tool.This paper analyzes some methods in common use from learning the performance evaluation of enterprise technical innovation theory and then choose to use Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) as a research methodology of this article on the basis of words above, finally describes the foundation of technological innovation performance evaluation system with pointing out some problems in practice need to pay attention to. The paper sums up research through studying technical innovation of existing performance evaluation system in Yunnan Copper Industry Group and establish a performance evaluation system of technological innovation in Yunnan Copper Group, then selected the input and output indicators in 2002 to 2008 in Yunnan Copper Group with modeling, in the end it can conclude that it made a technical evaluation of the level of innovation performance and propose improvements from technical effectiveness,slack variable,DMU in the production of cutting-edge projection surface and shadow price these four pairs of Yunnan Copper Group.This study of technological innovation on the level of performance is proposed to improve the performance of Yunnan Copper Group so as to promote technological innovation activities in Yunnan Copper Group which has positive practical significance.
