Enterprise Group's Innovation Mechanism

In the process of innovation cooperation of divisions, because of the uncertainty of production and marketing, information asymmetric, conflicts of interest, confidence crisis, the innovation cooperation often failed. Based on former research, the paper researches the production activities process from innovation cooperation, the decision-making of production activities, the information providing of operation units both in Centralized Control and Decentralization organization structure to maximize the use of both the departments and headquarter. Then a reasonable of incentive mechanism is constructed in order to encourage the operation units to share true information, so the decision-making units are under the true information environment. The research contents of the dissertation can be concluded as follows:1) According to analyzing the decision relations between the departments and headquarter, the organization structures of high technology corporation is distributed into centralized control and decentralized decision-making, then the decision-making process and the cooperation of operation units under the centralized control and decentralized decision-making organization structure are studied in both the stock established and non-stock established circumstances. By setting up the revenue model, the optimal decisions are worked out, meanwhile, it analyzed whether building up stocks affects the quality of operation units' information providing.2) An incentive scheme to furnish true information and to pay attention to efficiency in the internal supply chain of enterprise is studied. First, the defects of the Groves Scheme and the Martin Scheme applying to internal supply chain of enterprise are analyzed, and then an incentive mechanism based on prompting operating units providing the true dynamic operation capability information and marketing information is designed, under this mechanism, the headquarter decides whether to reward or punish the division according to the accuracy of reported information, and also according to the relation between actual profit ratio and the average profit ratio. At last, Examples are provided.
