| With the globalization involving, subcontracting is playing more important role in Aviation industry, in terms of scale and investment; the subcontracting management is also improvement along the way.This research is targeting company X, one China Aero Engine manufacturing company, which doing spares and assembly parts subcontracting from Oversea OEM in Aviation Industry; via using related theories and methodologies, analyzed company X's subcontracting performance and disclosed the internal problems; and coming up with proposal in order to increase company's market share and enhance the competitive advantage in the market.The highlights of this research, begins with company's organization management system and product structure, from SRM(supplier relationship management) and contract risk management angle,straightforward highlighted the root cause within company's subcontracting; and provided recommendation to improve subcontracting, and future outlooks; meanwhile, by using vertical and horizontal benchmarks among aviation industry, focusing on Case Study and Analysis, enabled the whole article easily follow up. |
