The Safety Management On Construction Project Of Xibaipo Power Plant's 2X600MW Supercritical Units

As along entering WTO and accelerating economy system reform in China, how to develop safety management of construction project in the existing foundation and how to make the electric power enterprise develop healthily are becoming the topic which the electric power profession needs to study and to solve urgently.Based on the safety management theory, it discusses emphasis the safety problem of supervisor organization, construction unit and debug unit in the electric power project safety management process by applying empirical analysis and studying to the safety management of 2×600MW ultra-supercritical units. Then, it proposes the corresponding security measure according to above questions. Three departments have mutual connection and mutual influence in project safety management and play the very vital role. The safety management of thermal power unit has the universality and the particularity. Therefore, this research provides good references for other unit construction management. It prevents the safe problems of electric power and promotes the electric power industry development finally.
