In the final analysis the competition between enterprises is talents' competition. In ordering to attracting more outstanding and more excellent human talents, salary has played a very positive role. So, one of the kernel questions in labor market and management of human resources is salary.Instancing an 'H' corporation in WUXI city, this thesis sets forth systematically triple resPects. One is the status and function of salary system in the enterprises.The second is the status of salary system design in our countyr. And the last is the basic principle and basic theory in designing of salary. Through sorting out and summing up larges number of material and dates, the thesis analyses the current state of salary system in an 'H' corporation in WUXI city and emPloyees'degree of satisfaction to salary system as well as the existing major problems in 'H' corporation's salary system. Using modern scientific theory and method in designing salary, I have systemically and perfectly carded the 'A' corporation's salary system. Thus I have put ofwrard a set of plan in designing salary system based on post value an dthey are very practical.There are four theoretical principles and five design practices in my thesis.The theoretical principles are fairness theory, expected theory, double factors theory and intensifying theory .The design practices are justice, inspirit, economic, legal and stratagem. The thesis consist of six compositions, including: full and accurate salary investigation, accurate salary system diagnosis, perefct working analysis system, afirness estimate system on post value, reasonbale division in job class and job sort and scientific designing system in salary grade, salary level and salary range. The whole set of plan considering fully the employee's post value, qualification and achievement. According to the plan and other corporations' salary level, we adjust the salary level in 'A' corporation. In this way, we have attained this objective that letting the employee be more satisfied with the corporation and work even harder.
