A new technology is often brought about the birth of a major revolution in the various sectors, RFID technology is such a new technology. RFID technology has many outstanding advantages, such as non-contact readers, high-speed movement identifiable objects, readers can also identify a number of targets, high precision, and large amounts of information, waterproof, high temperatures, long service life, can be labeled with data encryption, anti - interference strong. So RFID technology can be better applied to manufacturing, logistics, sales and after-sales service than other automatic identification technology.In this paper, at the First, the problems of traditional manufacturing model, sales model and the advantages of Radio frequency identification technology that fully apply to the manufacturing and sales model will be introduced; Then, the RFID system components, classification, features and application areas were analyzed and the working principle of Radio Frequency Identification technology was introduced; The feasibility that RFID technology fully applied to the manufacturing sector in various fields was analyzed; The production model architecture based on RFID technology and each of the modules that the production model included had been raised; Then, the paper analyzed the advantages that we applied to the RFID technology in the sales and after-sales service and proposed a model based on the sales of RFID framework and the various sub-module functions; At last, a kind of simulation MES that based on RFID technology with high performance for discrete manufacturing is constructed after discussion. This kind of MES for test is based on advanced enterprise information manages concept, RFID technology and CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) technology. It can be fit for our country's traditional discrete manufacturing, In this system, we use RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology as tags to acquire system data, mainly aim at practicability and we focus on system's data collection, data communication planning and system manage-related. At the end, the existing problems of the sales and after-sales service model that traditional manufacturing industries have were analyzed.The Research of RFID-based production and sales model can provide a modern enterprise management model of the new proposal; it is the future direction of the development of enterprises.
