Western Region Urban-rural Integration Mode Selection, And Its Realization

Urban and rural is the two inseparable component of the society,urban and rural residents are also the creators of history,the main of the socio-economic development.However,judging from the history of China's socio-economic development,villages have been at a disadvantage with their socio-economic development far less of cities.China wants to achieve sustainable economic development,coordinate the relationship between urban and rural areas,and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,even promote the development of urban to develop the rural areas, we must follow the path of urban and rural integration.This paper first study of urban-rural relations at home and abroad with the basic theory,then I review and comment the related literature. Next the paper defines the basic concepts on the integration of urban and rural,and identify the relevant statistical indicators.Then it against urban and rural areas of the western region's integration process to do the statistical analysis and evaluation from the three area including the integration of urban and rural development,integration of urban and rural differences,coordination of urban and rural integration.Then on the basis of the abroad integration of urban and rural development model, suited to the characteristics of urban and rural integration of the western development model.This article holds that the western region wants to achieve the integration of urban and rural development must construction the network of urban and rural,including the transport network,a unified market network and the information network.On this basis,the western region should also be in the light of the success of the eastern region in the development of urban and rural integration model to develop their own characteristics.Finally,in order to ensure the integration patterns of urban and rural areas to achieve,the author of the paper proposes the innovative ideas.In the process of urban and rural integration system innovations,including land system,the household registration system, the social security system,education system,and accelerates the industrialization and urbanization process.Through this paper,the characteristics of the western model of urban and rural integration, coupled with the effective security system,we can effectively narrow the gap of western regions,urban and rural areas and even the gap between the eastern and western region,in order to speed up the pace of urban and rural integration.
