Eastern Part Of Our Backward Rural Youth Employment Status And Countermeasures

With the further development of the Chinese economy, the conflict between the urban and rural areas becomes more and more prominent. The 17th congress of the Party made deployment to promote the building of new socialist countryside, emphasizing that we should train the farmers with education, skills and knowledge to operate the farming and bring their role into full play. Nowadays, the building of new socialist countryside has become a main rhythm of the society. I made research about the present situation and existing problems in a village named Lizhuang village in the southwestern part of Shandong province and investigated the shortcoming which limits the building of new socialist countryside—the lack of talents.The paper is divided into four parts to make research on the problem of the talents in the building of new socialist countryside. First, based on the research materials, the first chapter expounds the basic situation of Lizhuang village and analyzes the problem of talents in the new countryside. The second chapter makes analysis on the reasons for the lack of talents in the rural areas and their work in the urban areas from several aspects. The third chapter explains the effect of the farmers working in the urban areas and leaving"389961"which affects the building of the new countryside and the harmonious development of the society. The fourth chapter is the key point of the paper, which mainly expounds the policies adopted towards the present situations of the workforce in the countryside and the support from the nation and the government, as well as the adjustment of rural economical structure. Besides, it also expounds the development of the non-farming industry and education and bringing in the talents from the outside and injecting new blood into the development of the countryside.
