In modern times, highly developed manufacturing and advanced manufacturing technology has become an important symbol for measuring a country’s competitiveness. Equipment manufacturing industry is technology-intensive, personnel-intensive industry. Young business person is the key to achieve corporate talent strategic target, but many companies are lack of targeted scientific incentive strategy.The sustainable development of an enterprise is the need for fresh blood continuously input, young talents to join is a main factor to promote the development of enterprises. To XAZZ companies as the research object, this study first of all, on the base of young talent incentive policy research background and significance, research contents, ideas and methods, related concepts and theories for the definition and comb. Using the combination of qualitative and quantitative method, based on the present situation, the company strategy development and status of young talents and actual situation, combined with relevant theory, on the company’s talent incentive mechanism, in the process of practice, this paper analyzes the existing problems and improvement strategy Secondly, in order to further the real master XAZZ company youth talent all aspects of the data, based on the above, on the basis of qualitative analysis, combined with relevant incentive theory, through the form of questionnaire, to XAZZ company youth talent incentive factors in the statistical analysis, through qualitative and quantitative analysis XAZZ company in young talent incentive problems in the process Finally, in view of existing problems, combining with the characteristics of young talent, based on the above analysis and the design principle of scientific incentive strategy, young talent at XAZZ company incentive strategy optimization Suggestions were put forward, and formulated the implementation of security, this study pointed out the future research direction.Through this study, the objective established for effectively XAZZ company youth talent incentive strategy and its implementation of the security, so as to enhance the effectiveness of young talent incentive strategy, inspire the enthusiasm of young talent work, improve the quality of enterprise services, realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
