This article from the PC industry international, the domestic present situation , as well as LENOVO PC the development present situation, I have made the exhaustive analysis objectively, it makes background which studies for this article. Along with it, I have analyzed the LENOVO company's internal and external environment, have made the further analysis using the five strengths and the SWOT method to the LENOVO competitive power .I have analyzed the LENOVO marketing channel development course, how be builds up it from the proxy, to the production and marketing integration path.
