Human Resource Development And Sustainable Economic Development In Southern Jiangxi Relations Research

Economical sustainable development becomes the hot topic of various countries cared generally,while determining factor of the technical progress and the economical sustainable development is the human resources.Jianxi province where lies in midland of our motherland,links up the east-west section,and is important economic tie,joining chang river triangle,Zhujiang Delta and Min east-south triangle,has the prominent position characteristic and the important strategic position,and plays an important role in whole economic development.Ganzhou lies the south of jiangxi province,also can be call the south of Gan.It is the link of Gan,Yue,Min and Xiang,its economic development level is also quite low,and is important center of the coastal economy developed area's industry shift to the inland.The Gannan area is an manpower markets which also has 8,600,000 population,and the human quality is not high,the outflow population is big,the human resources lack.How to turn a population to a human resources city,to adapt demand of the economical coastal developed area's industry shift to inland, promotes the Gannan area economy to develops good quickly,become Ganzhou's important and urgent subject.The researches about relations question of the exploitation of human resources and economic sustainable development has the vital practical significance.Thus,consulting the result of the domestic and foreign theoretical research into human resource,human capital,sustainable development and economic sustainable development,and based on this,this paper deeply analyses the existing situation and major problems of human resource and economic development,and gives some proposes promoting economic development in the south of Jiangxi province.The paper includes five parts:The first part,introduces research actuality of human resource and economic sustainable development in and out,the setting,the significance and method of this paper;The second part,goes deep into the relationship between exploitation of human resource and economic sustainable development;The third part,through consulting,collecting,collecting,reorganizing,and analyzing massive data and information,this paper explores the existing situation and major problems of the exploitation of human resource and economic sustainable development in the south of Jiangxi province;The fourth part,basing on above analysis,gives some proposes promoting economic development in the south of Jiangxi province;The fifth part,admits some insufficiency and puts forward the future of the exploitation of human resource and economic sustainable development in the south of Jiangxi province.
