Study On Sustainable Development Coodinating Degree Of Economy-Society-Resource-Environment In Jiangxi Province

It has been a long time since the sustainable development theory occurred. As human's reflect on the way of self-development after undergoing disaters, the sustainable developmnet theory has aroused sympathy as soon as being put frward last century. The times of only pursueing increase in economy, but neglecting other aspects has passed and a new page of human developmnet on history has opened, therefore, there is a tendency of coordination development on between human and nature.The key factor of sustainable development is coordination development among economy, society, resouces and environment, but it will be meaningful if studying sustainabe development in a certain scope of region. As a nationwide inland province, Jiangxi , by its geographic superiority, brought a immense pressure to resources and environment at the time of rapide development on economy. The idea raised by the Jiangxi provincial government that Poyang-lake ecological al economy and experiment region and"green-ecological Jiangxi, innovation-venture Jiangxi, harmonious-peace Jiangxi, affluence-civilization Jiangxi"be constructed enables people to enjoy the realization of first class air, quality of water, ecology and environment of living. The purpose of this article studying the sustainable development among regional economy, society, resources and environment is to realize regionally sustainable development and to give some references about strategy for construction of ecological economy and experiment region.It expounds the constructional principles of the coordination development indicators system(CDIS), combining the actual situation of Jiangxi, select a set of coordination development indicators system(CDIS) which represents the coordination development of Jiangxi's economy,society,resource,environment. This sysetem which consists of systematic level, guiding level and indexed level, possesses tiered construction which can comprehensively reflect the different properties of the system. The index is composed of sequential assemblies, in according with their belonging relations and level relations, the economicical sub-system consists of six index factors, the social sub-system consists of 7 index factors, the resource sub-system consist of 5 index factors, and the environment sub-system consists of 6 index factors, total 24 index factors. This article adopts a qualitative and quantitative method in the research of the coordination development of Jiangxi's economy, society resource and environment,using the coordination theory ,ecological footprint model theory in the coordination progress analysis,set pair analysis theory analyse the coordination degree of the economy, soiety,resource,environment from 1996-2006 of Jiangxi, for the sake of estimating whether Jiangxi Province is in the state of sustainable development. Research showed that this multiple system of Jiangxi has been developing from a incongruous state to a sustainable and coordination one stepped from 1996-2006.This article talks over the construction of credit index system and index seletion's effect in evaluation result. According to the contrastion and analysis of three evaluation model, the article affirms the probation of coordination development theory, set pair analysis method and ecological footprint model theory in sustainable development evaluation and point out their disadvantages. In the end, the article, taking foreign and domestic experience, advances some suggestions and strageties for Jiangxi's sustainable development.
