Guizhou Province Rural Endowment Insurance Work Study

The pension protection for elderly people especially for rural area elderly people has become a serious problem in our country with the development of urbanization process.In China,old-age insurance in rural areas lags behind urban pension insurance issues prevalent,especially in the economically backward western region of Guizhou,and other areas,because of a relatively backward economic and social development,"the less developed,less developed,"the situation in the province, a relatively low standard of living of farmers,Which determined that we can not take commercial operation of the road,and establish a government as the mainstay of rural endowment insurance system,help to improve the farmers to participate in the enthusiasm of old-age insurance.Guizhou due to old-age insurance funds from the civil affairs department of social security departments to transfer part of the problems in Guizhou led to the now old-age insurance work basically in the "non-managed" embarrassing position,the financial not entirely responsible,the civil affairs departments has been transferred,no social security institutions and surrender of farmers increasing year by year,the rural old-age insurance has been close to the brink of collapse.The author is mainly concerned with the problem of pension insurance for elderly people in rural area in Guizhou province,describes the status and analysis the existing problem,discusses the way for improving and strengthening pension insurance for rural elderly people in Guizhou province which will provide some reference and information for building harmonious society.
