Guizhou Coal Industry Based On The Strategic Fit Of The Empirical Research

Guizhou has natural advantages on the coal reserves.But many exploitation enterprises don't pay attention to strategic management of the coal industry.The coal is a kind of non-renewable resources.If we don't consider the relation between coal exploitation and environment,economy,it will result managing briefly.For this reason,considering the strategic environment that the coal industry faces,choosing the strategic type have certain theory meaning and actuality.Firstly,This text bases on the research of strategy fit and analyses definition of strategy fit,choice of strategy fit,strategic content and strategic course,strategic scene and strategic choice mode.Then,the research forms the initial questionnaire,which accords the relevant index to strategic environment and strategic type of the Guizhou coal industry.According to a small sample investigation,the index system and questionnaire structure has been adjusted and perfected.There are two steps in the whole investigation.Firstly,a small sample investigation is conducted to simplify the indexes and to find the basic gene structure.The method is to utilize software SPSS13.0.Secondly, large sample investigation is conducted.To ensure the quality of the data,the same analysis of Reliability Analysis in the large samples is also carried out.Meanwhile,through the Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA), we find that the index system of strategic environment,strategic type is guaranteed so that the data can meet the demands of this study.Afterwards,the data of samples is processed by software lisrel8.7 to arrive at an analysis on the hypothetical structural relations between the strategic type and strategic environment factors.In the end,on the basis of the results of the empirical analysis,this dissertation has proposed some suggestions and measures to improve the enterprises' strategic choice capability.As this is the first time effort to carry out an Guizhou coal industry's strategic choice based on the theory of strategic fit,deficiencies are unavoidable,and improvements are expected in the researches afterwards.In spite of that,the conclusion and method of this research and the relevant index system will surely lay a solid foundation for further research.
