Human Capital Investment Decision

In the paper,the human capital is regarded as the knowledge,skills and health in the human body.The value of human capital to the enterprise is displayed by the ability,behavior,effort and time.The investment on the human capital of enterprise is to improve the level of employee's ability and the degree of effort of employee by using money.This paper is about human capital and decision-making problems from the enterprise perspective.At present,we have paid enough attention to human capital at any rate in theory.But the theoretical appeal can not be responded well from practice:Chinese enterprises are always dissatisfied in human capital investment,no matter idea,operation or gains.According to different forms,we make the human capital costs and benefits for measurement and analysis,and how enterprises to make investment in human capital decision-making,and bring forward some pieces of pertinent proposal about present situation,that is the purpose and practical significance of this paper.This article probes into investment on the human capital of enterprise and decision-making from the business point of view of investment in human capital,accordingly,here we use one of the basal tools of investment analysis——cost and benefit analysis method,analyze human capital investment in enterprises according to different forms,and bring forward some pieces of pertinent proposal about present situation,that is the purpose and practical significance of this paper.In order to do this,firstly,we begin with the research actuality of human capital,and introduce some basal theory about it as theoretical background of this paper;then we analyze universally investment in human capital of enterprises.Secondly,the paper mainly introduces the human capital investment cost and benefit analysis,including the concept of Enterprise human capital investment cost and the measurement of enterprise human capital investment;The conception,measurement and characteristics of Enterprise Human Capital Investment yield and based on this analysis of Enterprise Human Capital Investment yield,fartherly,analyzing the impact factors of Enterprise Human Capital Investment.Moreover,based on that it mainly introduces the decision-making procedures and programs,building up model of making decision, and checks it with reality case。Finally,including the principle of enterprise human capital investment,the implementation countermeasures of Macro and micro in terms.Based on the theory and case studies the science and quantitative method on the human capital investment of enterprise has been rudimentary research in this paper and some methods and viewpoints of the author have been proposed.I believe that investment on the human capital of enterprise management position are more and more important,the study will continue in-depth,the theory will increasingly richer.
