Scorecard Performance Management In Guizhou Wire Rope Co., Ltd. Applied Research

Balanced Score card is one of most important management measures in lately decade. The measure value enterprise not only considering financing index but also caring for consumer ,inner operation flow , studying, population and Operation performance , In the text ,we will induct Balanced Scorecard into Gs company performance management system. First of all the text analysis , Current Situation, meaning and function of performance management at home and abroad, advantage and inferior position etc.Theory part in the text is analyzing to finish .we will analyze the problem in current situation and performance management system about GS company. It is a key factor to Use Balanced Scorecard as a tool into GS company stratagem to devise performance of underling 15 companies. According to index devised and using layer analysis, we may count right in Balanced Scorecard, and look for the parameter to give GS company reference. At the last , it draws some conclusions and puts forward some questions which need to be researched in the next study.In this paper, the results of research can not only direct role in the GS, and also for other companies build performance management system to provide information.
