Along with our country population aging advancement even more obvious, the old age tourist industry is rapidly becoming an important part of the tour market. From the late 1990s to the present, our country old age tourist industry increases by 3% every year, following which are the elderly tourism research attention and a large number of research results. Even so, however, compared with foreign countries, research on the domestic old age tourism is not just in the time lag , but also the research theory system is very cumbersome . As a major tourist destination city in our country, Xi'an's old age tourism's development is falling behind the coastal developed area, which forms the extremely big contrast with the Xi'an rich old age tourist resources.First of all, we try to summarize the domestic old people's traveling consumer behavior law through the thorough analysis to physiological and psychological characteristic of the domestic old people. The second, we carry out a summary to the domestic old tourists' in consumer behavior in Xi'an through a lot of interview on the spot and market investigations. The third, we carry out statistic analysis on the data gaining, and reach a series of conclusions about old age tour .The last, we carry on the real diagnosis research analysis by Xi'an as a old age traveling destination. From what have been done, on the one hand, it may make up the old age traveling research deficiency in our country at present, another, it may provide the beneficial reference for Xi'an's old age traveling market development.The accomplishments of the selected topic research include 7 parts, first, the limits of the main conception to the old age traveling market has been carried on, which will do well in the old age traveling research work in the later scientifically. Second, we have conducted the research separately on the domestic old people's traveling demand characteristic through the theory and the practice, from which has obtained many data. Third, we emphatically analyze the influencing factors of the domestic old age tourists' consumer behavior, and employ the multi-dimensional gradually regression analysis approach to have studied the affecting degree of every factor. Fourth, according to Xi'an old age tourist resources actual condition, we establish the Xi'an old age tourist resources appraisal model, and utilize this model to carry on the appraisal to the Xi'an main tourist resources. Fifth, we propose the Xi'an old age tour product exploitation principles, and have built the Xi'an old age tour product ancestry, based on which we have carried on the plan to the Xi'an old age traveling product market image. Sixth, we have conducted the more comprehensive analysis research to the Xi'an old age traveling product market development strategy.
