With90years of the last century, the rapid development of knowledge economy, technology and knowledge to obtain competitive advantage has become an important means and resources.In innovation-based knowledge economy context, universities,research institutions and enterprises have a strong complementarity there are some advantages in university-industry cooperation,such as risk-sharing, benefit sharing, so this cooperation form is enterprises selection to gain knowledge and technology resources and attain technological innovation.This study established in university-industry cooperation context.We estsblished a cross-level model contains three dimensions of R&D team-level social capital variables and two dimensions of enterprise-level social capital variables,in order to study knowledge transfer mechanism on R&D team performance.by exploring two levels and five important factors’ interrelationships of social capital, and its ultimate effect on the impact of knowledge transfer,we reveals in university-industry cooperation context, how different levels of enterprises’ social capital to play a role on knowledge transfer. In today’s context of promoting university-industry cooperation, this study, for businesses and universities, research institutions of how to achieve the efficient knowledge transfer from outside to inside has important theoretical significance and practical significance.In this study,30experienced university-industry cooperation and their508R&D team has conducted a survey of businesses. first,we using SPSS17.0software to collect valid data to analyze data’s reliability, factor and correlation analysis.Then,by using HLM7.0software to complete two multiple regression analysis. The results of empirical analysis confirms the conclusion of the theoretical analysis of scholars in the past, but also got some new conclusions.The following main conclusions as follows:(1) in university-industry cooperation context, R&D team-level social capital including R&D intensity of interaction within the team, in charge of trust and co-workers trust, common cognition on the knowledge transfer have a significant effect on team’s university-industry cooperative knowledge transfer.(2) The enterprise-level social capital, ie, enterprises and academic institutes of trust and common understanding has a the positive regulation on the relationship between team-level social capital and R&D team’s university-industry cooperative knowledge transfer.In this study, the important conclusions drawn on university-industry cooperation has important guiding significance and providing appropriate policy guidance to enhance university-industry cooperation performance:(1) the R&D team Participating in university-industry cooperation should actively create interactive activities to promote team building. Encouraging internal communication and contact in R&D teams, establish interaction networks to facilitate information and knowledge sharing and consolidation.(2) Companies need to cultivate trust among colleagues, between higher and lower in order to enhance cooperation and knowledge transfer willingness.(3)In order to actively promoting reach a consensus within the team, companies can use a variety of meetings and training as well as a written document, a clear common objectives to promote the acceptance of knowledge and achieve better results of knowledge transfer.(4) Enterprises must selected university-industry cooperation projects partners carefully, multi-make contact with academic institutes, boldly cooperation to improve the quality of their relationship in order to promote R&D team Cooperative knowledge transfer effect.(5) The two sides to cooperate in the explicit content of cooperation, to take a variety of preventive mechanisms, and make timely communication, reduce conflict cooperation.
