The Whole Village Poverty Alleviation Models Of Empirical Research

The major issue of disturbing survival and development is poverty. Poverty eradication is all nations' attentive issue. Eliminating poverty has never interrupted in past fifty years. It is a hard task to China which has more poor people. China government constituted a series of anti-poverty policy which reduced poverty and advanced poverty area standard of living since 1949. All kinds of poverty reduction patterns were produced. The new era has new characteristic. It is not easy solve poverty problem with old measures in new era. So we need more efficient poverty reduction patterns.The paper selected Inner Mongolia Zhuozi County as study object and investigated entire-village advancement in Local Region with visiting farmer Households survey and Interview forum. It introduced prominently poverty reduction projects in Local Region representational poverty village and stress government Macro Ideas and Security managements. It fully explained the difference of entire-village advancement from past poverty reduction patterns. Entire-village advancement not only alleviated poverty but also enhanced Infrastructure and Leading Industry so that Living Environment was improved. It is Effective Solve the problem of poverty in rural areas that Advancing living and development capacity with government programs Social support and participation with Herdsmen and Farmers with basement of Solved the food and clothing. The paper detects some of the problems by investigating Zhuozi County's application entire-village advancement, such as usage of infrastructure industrial development projects and poverty reduction fund. The paper exposits these problems and proposes improvement measures.It has significance for theory of poverty reduction by exploring the successful implementation of this pattern. The inspiration from this research is guiding significant for improving poverty reduction pattern and it's efficiency. It also provides reference for others poverty areas.
