With the rapid development of economic globalization, China's market has become increasingly competitive business world stage. Many multinational companies have their products to China as a manufacturing, marketing, raw materials procurement, research and development of new products and other business base.Based on the perfect quality, the sales quantity of Hitachi air compressor, which produced by the world famous enterprise—Hitachi Co., Ltd., has achieved a significant breakthrough after entering Chinese market in 2003 and manufactured locally in 2005.In recent years, accompanied by intense industry competition, a lack of channel capacity growth conditions also revealed. Hitachi product, price, and promotion need to be improved, but the urgent task is to improve a marketing channel management system.In this paper, Hitachi marketing channels have shown the reality of the problem, combined with Hitachi's sales channel development history and current situation analysis of the management of the channel causes for the establishment of partnership-based cooperation between the channels, adjust the division of regional distributors, and distributors improve the evaluation of the incentive system, the establishment of high-quality manufacturer sales force marketing channels such as the development of new programs, and point out that the implementation of the new program note.In this paper, the research will enable foreign-funded enterprises in the local market to carry out more in-depth understanding of the right marketing and channel management measures so as to create good relations between the channels, the channels to enhance competitiveness and brand to achieve development goals to provide an effective reference learn.
