| The theory of Six Sigma was founded in Motorola, which is developed by Jack Welch, who gained a lot of benefits for GE. With its strong support, GE took the first in fortune 500 for a long time. After that time, more and more companies started to study and use Six Sigma. It seems that it become a solution for all problems. In the other hand, many companies find they took much time, money and human resources to training. However, they received fewer benefits. Furthermore, more finance burden was brought to the company. Some CEOs offered their suspects.Are these issues caused by process management or by Six Sigma itself? This thesis will be based on our process, focusing on two parts: Process design and management. By analysis some typical problems in this case, detect the potential risks and improper structures and improve the process. Meantime, design for process management to strongly handle the whole project. With these work, the process could be more robust which are very important to the other projects. |
