21st century development of the world economy will be more to rely on trade in services .According to the World Bank predicts by 2010 , the world trade in services will reach five trillion U.S. dollars , accounted for 1/3 total world trade . More importantly, trade in services play a special role to promote and improve the quality and the overall efficiency of the national economy. As the service continues to optimize the trade structure and increase the variety, the significant development of the entire national economy will also be driven by trade in services.In this paper, the relationship between China's service trade and economic growth will as the starting point. On the one hand, the article will not only analysis the trade in service of our country from the situation at this stage, but also the specific path of China's service trade promote economic growth in order to illustrate the possibility of China's service trade to promote economic growth. On the other hand, firstly, through quantitative analysis on the macro-level to prove China's service trade can promote economic growth. The second, trade in services will be divided into labor-intensive, capital, technology and knowledge-intensive services according to the elements, then the paper will make typical of the department as an example of trade in services (include: the tourism trade in services, transport services and computer trade in services), and will make empirical analysis to study the import and export relationship with economic growth. The purpose is further evidence of the role of the Chinese on trade in services in promoting economic growth from micro-level. Through two lines of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in order to prove China's service trade really can promote economic growth. Finally, in the sixth part of the article, the paper will combine our country at the present stage of development of trade in services with the conclusions of the above empirical analysis, mainly of labor, capital, technology and knowledge-intensive sectors of trade in services and some of the outstanding questions existence in the development process of these departments. At last the article will give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
