Based On Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process Performance Evaluation Of The Green Supply Chain

As resource is more and more in shortly, environmental pollution is more and more serious and global economic competition is more and more fierce, the environmental question has brought a new challenge to the traditional supply chain management, and become a key factor which influences and restricts the development of the social economy increasingly. How the supply chain and environment can develop in harmony together and how the supply chain can develop long-term and constantly, which is a question had to consider in the course of the supply chain management now. Green supply chain management is a strategy which takes environmental factors into consideration when managing the supply chain. However, until now there is no consistent and typical criterion on what is the Green Supply Chain(GSC) and what is not. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to build a complete and? scientific green supply chain performance evaluation system.The paper focuses on the research of the performance evaluation system of GSC combining theoretical research and empirical research and integrating qualitative method and quantitative method. And more details are as followed: firstly reviews the correlative research about the green supply chain management to summarize the achievement and indicate the important meaning and the necessary to implement the green supply chain management by the Occident economic theory, and summarized the frame of the whole paper.Secondly concludes the similarities and differences between the traditional supply chain and the green supply chain performance appraisement by adopting comparing analysis method to analyze many aspects of the traditional supply chain and GSC, such as concepts and architectures, SCOR model, content and method of performance appraisement.Then the thesis discusses general principle and characteristics of green supply chain when constructing evaluation model index for green supply chain. On this foundation, the thesis builds up a green supply chain evaluation index system from three aspects which are function, operation and environmental protection and shows the rationality. And then through an analysis of the basic principle and theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and fuzzy math, this dissertation introduces the fuzzy AHP into the field of performance measurement of supply chain, sets up the fuzzy analytic hierarchy model of performance measurement of green supply chains.Finally, using the practical research on the green supply chain performance evaluation tests the practice, operation, validity of the evaluation system. Summarize the influence factors of the green supply chain performance, and point out the way to how to enforce the performance of the green supply chain.
