Therefore take effective achievements appraisal is the key which the green supply chain develops.At first, this article has reviewed the related literature about the green supply chain management, and carried on the summary to the present research condition, then point out the important meaning and necessity about take the green supply chain management with unifies the sustainable development theory; Next compared the green supply chain performance appraisal to supply chain's on the basis of their character, and stressed that should pay attention to the question on the green supply chain appraisal; Then summarized in detail the principle which carried on the green supply chain general performance appraisal and system's analysis, as follow carried on the construction to the green supply chain general achievements evaluating indicator, and established the evaluating indicator system; Finally this article proposed a method with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive judgment based on the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy judgment method through to the present assessment method analysis. And take the green supply chain general performance of green chromaticity appraisal as the example, has carried on the judgment to the green supply chain general performance. It has confirmed the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive judgments application in the actual operation, and finally confirmed that this performance appraisal system can use in the green supply chain's actual management.This article research is a further supplement to the green supply chain theory.
