Ferry To The City's "ship"

In the latest twenty years. Our country's economic potentiality had great improvement. Especially with the process of urbanization speeding up, more and more rural workers have come into cities. They are face to a re-socialization, which need to adapt themselves to the transformation. And some modern values, abilities and literatures should be developed to do help in urbanism.Many sociology scholars focused their eyes on the society factors or person factors when they study rural workers. They had paid little attentions to the factory organization which played important role in rural workers' city life. This study will try hard to show us the text and interaction in the re-socialization process of rural workers in factory organization, from the communication view. A root-metaphor analysis and narrative analysis will also be tried to understand how rural workers understand the organization's role in their re-socialization process.This study eventually prove that there are three aspects that a factory organization can influence re-socialization process of rural workers. Firstly, the factory organization can take the role of a modern school, in which rural workers can learn some useful modern knowledge, skill, amenity and so on. Secondly, workers in the organization can learn from each other, we call it "consulting group". Thirdly, rural workers can make use of the factory's social capital to form their supporting net.
