The Game form among Buyer and Seller of the industrial chain has had some influence on the competitiveness of the whole industrial chain, which has drawn more and more scholars'attention. Starting from the Game Theory Model, many scholars have demonstrated that the cooperative Game between Buyer and Seller is superior to the non-cooperative Game. But, few studies have been conducted from the perspective of the causes of non-cooperative Game among Buyer and Seller of the industrial chain.Based on the empirical research on the enterprise X, this paper intends to make some study on the causes of non-cooperative Game among Buyer and Seller of the industrial chain from the multi-perspectives of enterprise strategy, core enterprises of the industrial chain and enterprise boundary, etc. On the basis of relevant research, this paper has drawn a conclusion that three factors have lead to the non-cooperative Game between the enterprise X and its Buyer. These three factors are the mismatches of enterprise strategy, the non-involvement in management of the core enterprises of the industrial chain and the existence of enterprise boundary.In response to the above three factors causing the non-cooperative Game, this paper has proposed some improvement paths for improving the non-cooperative Game between the enterprise X and its Buyer. And at the same time, this paper has also put forward some suggestions for the government to perfect relevant industrial policies.By means of the empirical research on the phenomenon of the non-cooperative Game between the enterprise X and its Buyer, this paper hopes to make due contribution to the paths' exploration of enriching and improving the non-cooperative Game among Buyer and Seller of the industrial chain.
