Research On Urbanization Construction Based On Industrial Agglomeration

The level of urbanization development is one of the main evaluation criterion of the social and economic level in a region.Since the reform and opening-up policy is implemented in China,the urbanization level has been developing rapidly,increasing from 17.92%to 57.35%.Gross domestic product has increased from 364.52 billion yuan to 74412.7 billion yuan,achieving a remarkable leap.But compare to the urbanization level in developed countries such as Europe,America,Japan and Korea,China is still falling behind.At the age of economic globalization,China’s economy has entered a new normal state.How to break the constraints,implement the appropriate approach of sustainable development for the urbanization,promote national and regional economic development and enhance the overall national strength and competitiveness is particularly important.Since holding the 18th National Congress,the Party Central Economic Conference has been promoting urbanization.In 2014,the State Council issued the "National New Urbanization Plan(2014-2020)".It defines the urbanization development goals and strategic tasks from a macroscopic perspective.Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that China must insist on the idea of people-oriented and take people as the core of urbanization.It emphasizes that urbanization and industrialization must be integrated.Simultaneously,we need to realize that synchronous development of urbanization,industrialization,agricultural modernization and information technology can promote the harmonious development of economic,social and environmental resources.2016 is the first year of the Thirteenth Five Year Plan,the whole country responded the summons positively.However,the dualistic structure of urban and rural areas has not been completely eliminated,and there is a huge gap in the social security and infrastructure that are enjoyed by the migrant workers and the urban residents.Such problems make it very urgent to make a research on a suitable approach to urbanization in a region from a qualitative and microscopic view.This topic adapts to the current social development situation.The author has made a research on it by consulting a large amount of academic resources.From the perspective of industrial agglomeration,this paper puts forward the concept of industrial agglomeration and urbanization,and then analyzes the domestic and foreign industrial agglomeration and urbanization research status and industrial agglomeration to promote urbanization construction path.It concludes that the industrial development provides the necessary material basis for urbanization,reduce the cost of urbanization,expand the urban area space and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of cities and towns.Finally,the author also tells the situations in Fanchang County in Anhui Province,describing the geographical conditions,the level of economic development,industrial agglomeration,the level of urbanization construction and the typical urbanization of small towns.It can be concluded that the industrial agglomeration in Fanchang County can effectively promote the gathering of elements of urbanization,so as to enhance the development of urbanization.Speaking of exploring its own path of development in Fanchang County.,optimizing the industrial layout and build a scientific planning system should be put in the first place.Secondly,we should increase the independent innovation and improve the competitiveness of the characteristics.Thirdly,it is also crucial to cultivate the dominant industries,and then promote industrial transformation and upgrading.Fourthly,perfecting the infrastructure and improving the standard of living are necessary.Finally,government functions should be fully displayed and industrial agglomeration development needs to be promoted.Through the study on the general situation of development of Fanchang County,this paper has offered some references for the regions with same level of social and economic development.
