Along with the deepening of reform and opening up, a group of forging ahead and capable entrepreneurs come forth. However, it also shows that with the continuous expansion of the scale enterprises, entrepreneurs is trapped in personal capacity bottlenecks, which in the present is particularly prominent in the family business. So when the material wealth is growing, entrepreneurs should also attach importance to the building of a group to promote the development of the entire region. In the process, the transfer of individual capacity of entrepreneur to groups becomes an important issue.At present, physical capital of entrepreneur can be transferred by inherit, gifts and other means, but the capacity of entrepreneurs how to be transferred? With this issue, from the point of view of group entrepreneurs this paper pays attention on how capacity can be transferred to the groups. We use the concept of the scene, and supposing that through scenarios, the capacity of can be transferred or efficiency of the transfer can be improved. We chose the entrepreneurs group as the target and investigate the symbiotic of the entrepreneurs, concretely including entrepreneurs group cohesion and group criterion. In the research we integrate the group cohesion and group criterion together, and we divide it as four areas: group task attraction , group social attraction, group task consistency and group social consistency. Consunlting the Chinese Entrepreneurs Survey System's classification, we divide entrepreneurs capacity as: management capability, strategic capability, communication capability, and innovation capability. We build four scenarios: tasks, short-term experiences, training and special coach. Finanlly, we tested that how entrepreneurs capacity directly or indirectly impacted entrepreneurs group through the scenarios which we build.By analysing the questionnaires, the paper concluded the following items:Considering scenarios as an intermediary, the four components of group cohesion as the target, we use stepwise regression method to get the following conclusions:(1) Task-scene played a positive role on the transfer of innovation capability. Through the task scenarios, innovation capability positively affected the group task attraction and group social attraction, but the effect was not strong.(2) Coach-scene played a positive role on the transfer of communication capability. Through Coach-scenes, communication capability positively affected the group task attraction, group social attraction and group task consistency.Considering the four components of group cohesion as a whole, we use path analysis method to get the following conclusions:(3) Short-term scene played a positive role on the transfer of management capability ,but innovation is difficult to transfer.(4) Training scene played a positive role on the transfer of strategic capability.
