The ability of tariff has weakened with the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization, but non-tariff barriers as a means of the traditional trade protection has becoming strange, Environmental protection laws and regulations of Western developed countries such as the EU,the United States, Japan and other countries has improved steadily and increasingly, Green barrier(GB) has emerged. Faced with the overwhelming majority of the developed markets, One hand the Xinjiang Foreign Trade should be based in Central Asia, on the other hand Xinjiang Foreign Trade should increase their efforts to open up the developed market,Therefore, Xinjiang's enterprises should build their own marketing system for internal resource capacity and the dynamic balance of the external environment, only this will it be able to survive and develop. Green Marketing is the international marketing of the 21st century trend of Xinjiang's enterprises face in the world on the environment and green customers, in terms of productivity and consumption patterns there has been a fundamental change of circumstances, in the GB in its high technology, flexible and Xinjiang's enterprises to participate in world competition pressure today, the implementation of Green marketing is the inevitable choice for enterprises to win out.In the GB theory, Green Marketing theory and"6P"Marketing theory simple outlined on the basis of normative and empirical articles from the point of view of the Xinjiang GB and green marketing situation, suggested that the use of "environmental diplomacy" to provide policy, and funding support, GB set up database information and early warning mechanisms, such as measures to cope with the green trade barriers abroad, and promote green marketing; At the same time, enterprises should also take active measures to adopt comprehensive strategy for green products, green pricing strategies, green channel strategy, marketing strategy and green certification of green marketing strategy Construction of the strategy to GB to implement International marketing activities.
