With the rapid economic grow in China, more and more global enterprises coming into this hot market for opportunity. And as known, an organization's success is determined as much by the skill and motivation of its members as by almost any other factor. As a result, today's talent market in China becomes highly competitive. A recent survey indicates that most of the top executives regard top talent as the company's most valuable asset, and put talent attraction, retention on a high priority of the organization's strategy.Compensation management, which could impact employees' satisfaction significantly in an organization, gets even more focusing from top management. Nowadays, quite a lot companies are working hardly on improving employees' satisfaction on compensation and benefits, to drive for good performance, high motivation as well as engagement.X Company is the example here to illustrate the author's perspective that it is not simply high pay can fetch high employee satisfaction, hence to improve employee's commitment to the organization. Today, managers should take all things considered and introduce total reward strategy to motivate employees in their organization, so to get people's long term commitment and lead success for the company.
