| The author of the paper has researched and analyzed the ERP applications and described the progress of it by combining the experimentations and the studies for the enterprises in the progress of ERP project and applying the theories of management in the EMBA.Firstly the paper tells the basic theory of ERP, the strategies of SECPG and the analysis of the information management system application of SAP which is subordinated to SECPG Merging the development request of SECPG, it shows that the programming, steps of each module and the way of carrying-out of ERP system. Secondary, the analysis and solution aimed to the problems when meets or will meet in the progress of ERP running. Eventually, it' s the brief to the result. |
