The staffs have experienced the huge pressure brought from the difficult position, and become restless at a loss.So some data has been obtained through the questionnaire survey, and some tools has been used to perform the analytical study, with the aid of related theories the changes of staff psychology demand has been proved. The investigation primary coverage is about the staff degree of satisfaction , The investigation object is mainly the staffs of China Netcom Weihai branch. The questionnaires were sent through the internal network, and 712 answer papers were recycled altogether, accounting for the staff total 81.28%.Finally it has been proved that the profession reform has already brought in the imbalanced development to the enterprises, and the turbulence to the staffs. Under long time difficult position condition,salary is still the main factor that affects the staffs' demand. Meanwhile it has the noticeable positive influence to the staff with good corporate culture. It is a new task for the enterprises that how to perform effectively the human resources management, and it is the faced responsibility of the enterprise superintendents to management the porporate culture.
