In the rapid and turbulent environment of global economy and social environment, as a professional IT vocational training, if Newer company wants sustained and healthy development, first, the leaders of Newer must have a clear understanding of the external competitive environment and conditions for enterprises, especially to resolve the issue as soon as possible in business for the future development orientation, in order to lay the foundation for the business strategy of in-depth research and plan.This paper introduced the Newers'development of the situation in the first place, and then put forward the development of enterprises positioning and research of competitive environment's background, and described this article's framework of ideas and research ideas. Following, this paper analyzes the factors of Newer's internal and external environment in vocational education field from four aspects.First, to evaluate the affecting cause of the development of Newer company in macro-environment through the analysis and comparison of data, from the political, economic, cultural, demographic and technological, and other factors; second, from the characteristics of the industry, enterprise development model, demand for qualified personnel, market pattern and so on this paper has a fully understand to describe the IT vocational training field; Third, on the basis of analyzing the external environment, this paper took into all these factors of corporate culture, organization structure, human resources, hardware source, research productivity, marketability, employment serviceability, etc, to introduce and analyze the internal resource of Newers, as well as the state-of-the-art and potential in the IT vocational training field; Fourth, in set off the point of view from the market segment, and defined the Newer's consumers, this paper distinguished and analyzed the consumer groups and the competitor.Based on the in-depth study above, we evaluate the company's external and internal strategic elements by using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods. SWOT method are used to identify the opportunities and threats in the external environment, and the strengths and weaknesses of the company's resources. we propose some backup plans of the company's business model. GE matrix model are used to analyze the important and key factors impacting company's development, and to clearify the Newer company's status of the IT vocational education and development directions.
