Improve The Low-rent Housing System In Kaifeng City

Low-rent system is a housing system being used by our government to solve the housing problem of the poverty-strike family in the country and country.Now days, the low-rent system still in an developing progress from the starting to a national widespread,but there are some practical problems still existing due to a short time.This paper starts from the general situation of the housing system,researches on the beginning and developing process of this system,then introduces the basic principle and characteristics of this system,in order to have an performance analysis of the low-rent system and compare the implement situation of this system in each city.By discussing the normal condition of the low-rent system in Kaifeng,this paper want to find some problems of recognitions,policy making and carrying out in this system,to issue some corresponding measures and proposals to perfect this system.After writing this paper,excepting that the government and society can give more concerns to the housing problems of the middle,low income family in the city,especially the lowest income family,to pool the wisdom of the masses on the methods to solving the problems.Meantime,to push forward some theory reaches on the Low-rent housing system in the Kaifeng,to give some reference values for the policy making of the housing system of the national government and the society.
