How To Improve The Exploratory Study Of China's Housing Security System

Housing security system is the system for "vulnerable" groups to meet their basic living requirements. It is the extension of the society security system in the area of housing security, the embodiment of social security, and the very important component of building a harmonious society. After 30 years of the housing system reform and more than 10 years in the exploration of housing security, China has initially established a low-rent housing system,economically affordable housing system and housing provident fund system for the main content of the housing security system. It has achieved remarkable success and improved the living condition of residents to a large extent. But at the same time,in the actual operation of the process,China's existing housing security system also emerge a lot of questions, and the results are contrary to the Government's original intentions.In this paper, on the basis of comparative analysis of other countries'housing security system, I point out the problems of China's housing security system and propose ways to improve China's housing security system. Firstly, I summarize the theoretical foundation of the housing security system and the research of housing security system at home and abroad; Secondly, the United States and Singapore, I introduce the two developed countries'housing security system and analyze experience and lessons of Malaysia and Brazil, the two developing countries'housing security system; then, through summarize changes in China's housing security system, as well as an overview of the status quo of the current three housing security system, I point out that the current system has various problems and shortcomings. Finally, I give some corresponding policy recommendations on how to improve China's housing security system, including improvements of the low-rent housing system, economically affordable housing system and housing provident fund system, as well as other measures, namely: Strengthen the government's macroeconomic control, and improve housing security system;establish and improve housing security system entry and exit mechanism; strengthen the use financial and tax means; innovate system and solve the "sandwich class" group housing; guide residents to establish a correct concept of housing consumption; strengthen legislation and improve the legal system of China's housing security.
