Housing is a basic social security. With the deepening of the housing market,the housing conditions of urban residents in China has been greatly improved, realestate has become a pillar industry of national economic development. However,the real estate industry market-oriented excessively, lead to the problems of soaringhousing prices, and the total imbalance structural imbalance outstanding, Housinghas become increasingly difficult in people’s lives.In the process of Housing security reform exploration，Nanning city continueto strengthen efforts in the construction of low-income housing，partly meets theneeds of low-income housing demand，however，under the influence of rapidurbanization promoting and high housing prices and other factors，housing securitygroups continue to expand，housing security demand presents the vigorous growthstate. Due to lack of government investment, lag of housing security laws andregulations construction and management mechanism, lack of sufficient land andfunds and other factors, the housing security market appears demand exceedssupply situation. We learn from the evolution of the housing security policy success experience both home and abroad，and combined with actual situation inNanning. Finally, put forward some policy recommendations including clear goalsand government housing security policy responsibility, establishes effectiveoperation management mechanism, improve the housing market supply system andso on to develop the Nanning housing security system, in order to better addressthe living needs of residents.
