At present, mobile phone software industry is a rising enterprises, many mobile phone software products are still in the introduction of long-term period and, at this stage, the brand needs to gradually increase investment to expand its development. Moreover, with the coming of the 3G time, Mobile Internet, its speed will become faster and faster, and charges will be reduced, this is bound to the high growth of cell phone software line speed, and a new round of competition will be coming soon. At the same time, as the development of the Chinese economic and technological, the mobile phone software will be gradually shifted from price competition, technology, services, and brands to the competitiveness of the competition. China's mobile phone software industry will be faced with the new shape of the brand in the test. In order to further market segments, for different customer groups, to stronger the customers'loyalty and the goodwill of brand. It is needed to make better use of network resources, network marketing, in response to fierce competition.This article is divided into six chapters, two major parts.For the first three chapters of the first part, they are mainly for the brand, brand marketing and networks, and to shape the theory needed to sort out and summed up, I give the cell phone software industry SWOT analysis and present the process of branding of Chinese mobile phone software. From the point of both theory and practice, this article shows the analysis of the background and industry.The second part is divided into three later chapters; it is to prove that the "network marketing" is one of the good ways to shape a good brand of cell phone software through practice; meanwhile it explores the building of a software industry based on phone model of network marketing. At the same time, after the case studies and UCWEB model revision, by the demonstration model of a general and universal, and proposing a set of assessment criteria. Finally, to the current network of innovative marketing method - the user experience, it gives the operational framework.The paper is to take data analysis, expert discussion and other methods, integrating theory with practice, network marketing theory and the characteristics of the brand into the shape of China's mobile phone software. It pays attention to the proposed combination of the new concept of cell phone software which is used to build a brand shape of the network marketing model, so that it gives a very good guide to shape the brand and network marketing methods, and have a certain theory of innovation applications in the industry.
