Going with China Mobile from taking the lead to be auto-thrived, then to be auto-powerful, the structure and the environments of communication market had taken place tremendous changes. It is an important tactic task of China Mobile that how to hold the clients and how to develop in new filed.Taking China Mobile Sichuan branch Co. as the research object, from the view of vice manager of Deyang Mobile network department, according to practical circumstances of corporation and characteristics of industry, combining with acquired knowledge of MBA, using tactic manage theory, Sichuan Mobile and Deyang Mobile are discussed in this paper. Analysis is based on several aspects as follows: inside and outside environments of corporation, superiority and inferiority of self-corporation, competition factors, and opportunities and challenges, etc. And then, the tactic development direction of Sichuan Mobile market competition and material actualized suggests are proposed in this paper.The research aims at helping Sichuan Mobile develop continually and steadily and hold the lead status in the future. The research contents including: the research of inside and outside environments of Co., the exploration the development directions of Co. in the future, the research of change trends of market, searching new (or ignored beforetime) subdivision market, abstracting useful experiences by the research of organize structures, product category, market subdivision, and manage data of vary function dealers, the research of trends of 3G, and considering a new tactic thought.The analyzed data are based on the research data of Co. inside. On the one hand, the conclusions received in this paper represent individual views. On the other hand, parts of them are the wisdom of collectivity. They are provided with available meaning to the tactic orientation and tactic measure establishment of Sichuan Mobile and Deyang Mobile in the future years.
